cuukoobird.. Just kidding. I bought this the night after Bidor run. I got a sore left leg.. So that night kinda hook it on the left leg.. the next day not bad man.. call it superstitious or psycho lah.. but as long as its help. I am on man.. and in fact my neck also not so stiff.. believe it or not.. I am buying into it as some level.. perhaps u could wear it to psycho urself and voodooing ur mental to the finish line..
For some.. running is a sacred shit like yoga or transmeditation. Some just run for fun.. some to escape something. Some pia kaw kaw lat.. like the face of Ronnie See.. kinda like everytime he run.. u imagine he kangkang his leg and give birth.. like Arnold in the movie Junior.. Hail Ronnie the birth mate to thousands descendant of runners.
Some run because they want to make the record. Some for physical well being and other attributes.
I am kinda into mixture between all of them sometime. So to overcome boredom sometime, I need to have something to keep me going beside than H20 and sodium stuff.. The mp3 is a fine companion with 16 beats rat tat tat tat.. all the way.. well, few weeks back I tried to used my nokia express and hook up to should support and run.. wire dangling to my ears.. it was not too bad really.. but again when I found this in Chae's office. I was sold lah..
Damn nice to hook around.. fix my head.. it charges with USB port. so now after my forerunner charge is complete, i hook the mp3 in to charge. The dimension is huge..and fit nicely over my big big head.. I love this gadget.. though a bit bassy but it feed most songs perfectly well. it hold up to 2GB of songs..
So not really much room to finish a marathon.. so run faster fatso...
The thing is it got a blue diode flashing as u play songs.. kinda poser as u run in the night lah..ahaha.. who cares.. anyway KLCC got lotsa lotsa runners these day.. with at least 35 - 40% on mp3..
Are they playing deep purple? 168 is the cheapeast at genting man... smoke in the water.. money gone up the air.. as much as i like richie blackmore... but i will safe that 168 for my next pair of shoe or endurox or whatever stuff that comes along the way.. :p
I bought this Forerunner 305 two weeks ago from ebay. I lost my Timex about a year ago. some thief stole it from my car.. but left the heart rate belt for me as souvenir. It was at the car boot.. and the watch was at the middle side handle bar compartment. What I want is something to gather my heart rate and HRR.. and I love to see that heart rate once upon as low as 45 bpm.. that was awesome feeling.. u can literally hear ur heart beating so slowly..
