look at this medal man.. heard bidor has the best medal in the entire country..damn cun and big.. really really ppl call it a medal.. as compare with the kuci rat energizer.

woKE up this morning at 5am and left Kampar shortly after that.. reached Bidor and already multitude of crowd. surprisingly not as many ppl lah.. in fact the 21km flers are more than 10km flers.. so Lim arrived and passed us our bib number..

then at 7am..bang! the 21kmers left .. shortly after that ..a handful of 10kmers bang and left..

it was a fun run lah.. crossing part of the main road at bidor town in sea wave of people. then enter the ladang area.. masuk aje.. not too long already got water station.. heard there are only 2 wATER station. Wow.. that was a very early water post.. yea.. less than 2km .. so cabut and run lah.. at 2.5km onwards already seeing elevation pass the bridge which underneath is the North South Highway.. there is one minachi and aneh quarreling on the bridge..then aneh decided to jumped down the bridge. Minachi hand raise.. " yingge?" ... oKAY.. that was just a spice of the imagination on the bridge.. first time passing by ladang ladang area mah.. i havent come to the Roundup story yet..anybody know what Roundup is? Its a pesticide .. those days heard the fat indian lady suicide because the husband cannot stop drink todeee....

Then KNS.. somemore elevation..tak habis habis.. but fun lah.. can cut cut some ppl..then some ppl cut back lah.. then the smell of cow dung all the way.. interesting.. u dont get this in KL run or Padang Merbok what.. I kept running.. my goal for this run is DNW ...Did Not Walk except for at the water station.. i cant seems to be able to run and drink.. wtf..

So as usual main psycho with some runners lah.. some can main for awhile..some turn paranoid and bulldoze.. for me i ran at my own pace..

walau..only 4km ania.. then at km 4.5 another evelation..that time.. before that already revv kaw kaw.. keluar asap sikit.. so gotta pace it lah.. at km5 masuk few estate kampung style house.. then some old old bonda was watching.. then suddenly a big macho came out running and squeeze one of the runner ear... "oh..here u are running lah.. my daughter is pregnant with ur baby.. u still dont go out and sell CNI coffee.. got time to run!!" ... Ignore the pakcik portion of imagination..

So second water station la.. i gulp in two cups of water..

after one minutes or so.. the battery recharge.. run lah.. apa lagi.. zoom zoom.. that was this fei chai uncle also.. not as fat .as me.. but u know lah lotsa ppl paranoid.. i always see that as i walked pass some walking running.. sure they will begin to start running again.. "if this fei low can..why not..." there are some runners that run passed me and look at me..

Neolitic ppl is as huge as me .. but without the tummy lah.. :p ..

So run run run.. the last hill attack..that one kaw kaw one.. oo.. i love hill...then turbo charge for 5 minutes..ON NOS.... pssssss.....psssss.... managed to pace at the back of the uncle and daughter...dont know who is that lah.. the daughter wear ENR vest one.. So they cut me by at 5km water station shortly.. so the last two kms.. at the hill attack.. i saw them began to pancit..

but i reckon still left two kms.. attack hill first..slowly pace close to them.. then before the first water station that we ran pass.. i patient running thin.. ok lah.. just run past then and benchmark some other fler..

So as passing the residential area.. Already less than a km.. then last 400 metres increase nos.. so i saw the finish line.. kaw kaw nos.. but but dont want to feel kill myself..

at least i know .. i could shave more time ... there are still reserve gas in my tank that i dint dully utilise..

E93... eternal living.. chinese word..aahaha.. good lah.. that is my position.. so damn behind..

then as i went and get the isotonic drink.. one malay guy name idzwan from Johor said to me " wow.. u laju"..

havent u seen a jumbo jet before meh... ekekke...

he is joing SCKLIM... hope to see you there he said.. hope he join 21km also lah..

so went to the finish line and waited for Lim, Peter and Dinesh to finish their 21KM..

Quite Amazing Peter clock 2:00 00 exactly at the finish line on his watch.. geng!! follow by Lim..

then the indian fler ate too much steamboat a day before having cramp at km 19.. limping Jack all the way to the finish line..ahaha..

but it was pure great fun.. nice to run in this town..

we went for a short lunch .. damn cheap mixed rice.. after that went to sungkai hot spring..

finally i came here lah.. what a crazy thing to do man.. damn kau hot.. after still heaty body.. and heaty weather.. we went for hot spring.. kaki rendam until no rasa..

but we went for the cooling spring water pool also lah... ini baru lah untuk budak tropical..

My conclusion is HOT SPRING ARE FOR JAPANESE WHO LIVE IN MOUNTAIN TOP LIKE NAGANO, JAPAN. PERIOD.
