Runs and walk and blah blah update info

Hi GUYS... just updated some FTAAA date at the column bar.. some are left out because deem unimportant to me..

    I assume that category does not fall under sports.. :p Most likely start with Pulau Ketam to Port Klang first..

    u went Pulau Ketam with your MTB ar ? do the boat charge u extra for bringing the bike together ??!!! :)
