Crossover : Day 1


Today is a new start of slowing transiting myself towards a alkaline based diet lifestyle. Look at that fatso... ahhhhhhh... my eyes....... * sound familiar

Day 1 Data...

Weight : 108kgs as of 11:48pm
B.F : 40.9%
B.W. : 40.6%

Alkaline water : 5 lit
L-carnatine : 2 teaspoon
Omega 3 : 2000mg

Exercise : NIL

Heart Rate : 72 ( resting )

  2. hey Tan, L-Carnatine will only work well with exercise. taking it alone without workout will only be wasted lah... just for your info, L-Carnatine main function is helping in transporting fat into your cell (mitochondria) where it is then transformed into energy which can be used up by your body. but when your body is not in motion to use any energy, the fat is then just going to stay there...
