Ok.. Basically plan out the activities program for next year. So lets see how much I could score..

I was drafting out just now on which marathon to join.. and the list show that only left Borneo I am not joining.. so why not make it do all the marathons that are available in Malaysia and write it down in record.. So priority number 1. next year is to finish all marathon in Malaysia and Seoul Marathon.. well.. Rex from Litefm did that..

The rest goes by its own priority.. I hope to score 30 events next year as this year already score 20

Let see by this time next year how much I could make it yea..

It's gonna cost me a lot.. huhuhuhu..

Drag myself out of the bed for the Broga ride on 7/11.. Mr. Lam surprisingly called way early in the morning.. that fler first time riding in at event...so very the kancheong.. never quite slept he said..
Got everything ready.. wrote down a nite before stuff to pack and make sure nothing is left behind..

So we met at Kajang en route to Semenyih McD... grab a quick bite and get ourselves ready.. as I was about to fire up my FT2.. Jialat... I look at my two comrades and said.. opps.. I forgot the battery.. :p laid it to charge last nite and forgot about it.. :p so the above photos have to be leech lah..

Drove all the way to Nottingham Uni.. use to be just pass by ania.. so gathered around and met some new friends from the south.. pretty good chat for awhile.. waiting for the Sultan of Selangor to flag us off. I thought we were doing the jantan route ler.. turn out it was the pondan route.

zoom zoom.. Alan try to stay ahead of the pack so that he will be intact with the Peloton. I follow aje and later keep my reserve before I gone busted too early.

So before the Semenyih town.. I cut in thru the Nirwana Memorial Park route and rode few km before heading up the dam slope.. It was a damn slope.. a bloody damn slop I tell u... seeing that route all the way up really psycho kaw kaw..

When I push and met up with Alan half way.. he said.. "tim meong lei chai ar?" Good question Alan.. now Genting Sempah is only for pussy yea. No big deal once u could tackle this. I began to warm up at that time and my body began to charge up to ride the hill.. Damn the gradient is damn torturing.. Never had I anticipate this. I now understand what is like when I was reading the elevation map earlier on. So crank it all up.. the hill is really deceiving.. just when u about to turn and catch the next hills.. there are so many "ada lagi" moments ahead.. damn..for the first time in my life.. with another less than 10% more ride.. I actually stop and push the bike for about 50 metres before continue on..

It was damn tough if you are not season hilly riders. Then later realize there are lotsa ppl turning back.. wondering what is going on? landslide? hmmm.. well.. there are many that gave up not even at the quarter of the race man. at least i saw more than 30 ppls already call it a day. Most likely they are not those ride the hill kind of ppl. Not too long reach the first water station. I drank a bottle and took two to put in my jersey pocket.. took a banana.. and start to ride.. big mistake.. riding down a quite sloppy areas and peeling the banana require a very special skill.. unfortunately I do not possess that.. only able to munch half of the banana and the other slipped off my hand.. arggg....whatever lah..

It was just a small descend only and then some flat and ascend back.. then I could began to feel the sensation in my leg.. time to keep it easy.. not too long another ascend.. saw a guy indeed was having quite a bad cramp.. so pass him the yoko2 and he kept up with me. that ascending part I just zoom down lah.. then as he was level ground with me ..asking what wheelset am I using.. it is steel bearing.. its a cheapo entry level shimano wh500 mate.. he seems like tak caya.. he said he had to pedal very hard downhill to catch me also tak dapat.. while i just cruise down without a pedal... mate.. gravity mate.... look at ur size and my size..

Then I rode on.. cruising at 37 - 42km/h ..and damn finally the cramp set in at one hill.. this is hell man.. remember passing titi all that.. Knowing not too far there will be another few sets of hill coming in.

I was negotiating with myself.. damn u must push this thru.. its not as long as ICR.. this is 116km dude.. by that time already almost 70km...so as I rode on..then suddenly a lorry pass by and asking me wanna naik lorry or not.. hell no..I had come so far. Alan was shouting something like..come lets balik go makan or something like that..and Lam was on the lorry as well. So I rode on.. and later seeing the lorry began to pick up more ppl.. and till before the start of the slope.. a couple was resting at the tree areas .. so the lorry came and ask them .. and they decide to get a lift.. I reach at this point at 78km already.. its 38km to call it a day.. The desire to give up is only 20% ... knowing that I could have many hills up that I need to push my bike due to my cramp. WTF.. more torturing than ICR. So I said to myself.. well.. worst come to worst I will tumpang the next round of lorry if I really gv way. So I pushed myself and my bike up... It was a 5km pushing up the slope..damn.. walked for an hour man.. I took off my bicycle shoe and walked with my socks.. only a few ouch ouch moment kena some stones.. Luckily the weather was cloudy the whole day.

So it kept on repetitive like this lah.. I think at least three big hills to push .. and I think I could have push almost 15km my bike.. many pickup and drivers stopped and psycho me to call it a day.. I insist ler.. So even Elaine thought I got mechanical problem ler.. she wanted to offer me a lift and put my bike in her car. So I said I could go on..

Then it was finally until Lenggeng that left another 20km or so.. I was please.. but damn... there were two more hills I had to push.. and again suffer few more cramps.. it was torturing to push and legs are crampy ...alternating each other while I walked.. jialat.. ignore it.. then Lance's phrase which I stick to the office glass have such huge in imprint in my subsconcious.. Pain is temporary that one.. until I could not give it up..

The last 20km was not easy as well.. At km 15 the wind is not helping and blowing against and side way.. I could even feel that I rode sideway.. ahahaha..

At last.. I saw Broga town... and surprisingly met up with a rider.. Wondering how slow he could had rode.. forgot his name all the way from Ipoh.. I guess we could be the last riders. He will be doing powerman sprint this week...

We finally came in at around 2:35pm.. oredi everyone had packed up..

Really not happy coz as said the cutoff time is 3:00pm mah.. no medal..WTF.. heard that they even simply gave the medals away.. sad sad... we dont deserve this truly.

When in FB asked Elaine why late come in no medal.. only can said coz organizer tak cukup budget only can make 320 pcs.. well..couple with those given up.. they are surely enuff for all ppl..

I kesian ppl come all the way so far to attend this and have to go home dissappointed without medals. This is something the organizers need to look into.

As this is the first time organizing ok lah.. next round still the same.. surely boycott kaw kaw and discourage ppl from joining. Hope they improve.

Endurance Playground : Balancing burning sugar vs burning fat

I must admit. I hate running due to my size. And I am doing nothing to shed it and instead gaining pounds. That is bad. Yet, prior to that, running is very much panting and 80% of the time it leave me quite tired after the run and only 20% do I feel good.

Now it not suppose to happen like that. Period.

Yes. Coming up I have my first marathon to go. And I do want to run as joyful as possible and still more energize after the run.

Couple of weeks back I was reading closely on Stu Mittleman way of running. How he introduce slow burn in his book very much earlier ago. And Stu is one of Tony Robbin's mastery figure in term of fitness. Take time to google and find out more about this amazing man gotta offer.

So after two weeks of listening to his few key pointers in running I decided to give it a try two days ago on what he feel how running should be.

I decided to put on my Garmin 305 but not the heart rate monitor belt. As recommended, Stu say we should be able to have that awareness of our surrounding as we run, feel it also be constant listening to the body as you run. Of course to avoid that tunnel vision that start to set into the anaerobic zone while running.

So that day Elaine was running with me. As usual the petite lady is fast. But I tell myself.... it is time to really learn to primary basic. So I just keep at a pace where I could enjoy the run and be aware of the surrounding more. I begin to consciously picked up the high rise building around KLCC. and for the first time I really enjoy it .. and as far as I am concern, I still remember most the run I had done that day still imprint in my memory. I was running at an amazingly slooooww pace and I just want to enjoy it.

After 35 minutes of run.. Bang!! I begin to feel the body sensation had turn. I know I could keep on running and not succumb to injury.. at least at that state of condition as perceive.

So at 45 minutes... I begin to feel that my body is switching to burning fat for the run and not sugar. As vivid as I recall, I ran 7:15 - 7:30 minutes pace for 10km run and 21km in a state where I am still pant and breath easily but not as relax.

Yet.. as I gain the momentum, I realize I uses less effort then ever and perhaps every breath will take me around 5 - 10 stride at 7:30 per km pace..While, this is the first time I am experiencing such event.. At that moment I am sold!!

I am all excited now and digging more deeply. Suppose to start my alkaline diet but really reluctant and hesitate.. .but now I am thinking what to get and make me improve better in a much much happy way.

What make me sold more on balancing the sugar vs burning fat is Carmichael was taking Lance to a lab where they run a fitness test on him.

His fitness threshold is so good at a very high heart rate, drawing out his blood still showing that he is constantly burning fat instead of burning sugar. Therefore the level of lactic acid is so slow he could recover damn fast.

iPoh Century ride 2010 - Semangat tak goyah..telor aje..

curi FROM Khoo fb... i tried to be as pathetic and as tired as possible. I failed miserably i THInk.

There are days when mediocrity rules and some hu-ha once in a while. There are days where it will imprint for a long time and the shadow of time does somehow seem hard to take it away.

It is where you induce such pain and pleasure to your neurological mind it begins to punctuate such event. Your heartbeat resonant in congruent with your head, your blood rush and gush, and all that you ever thought of to do whether it surprise you along the way or not.

AUGUST 1ST 2010 was as such for me. Only this time pain is the dominant factor.

It still goes as vivid and as sephia as it may sound. Huffffffiiiinnnggg in anaerobic zone.

160km of pure cycling non-stop. I have never done this before in my entire life.

Ipoh Century Ride 2010, 1st August is the event. A 100 miles where a century dictate where it say it all imperialistically.

Super lack of training. Can I take a week before that at PD tri relay 40km as the training? Other than that is the last ride KL-Kuala Selangor. Yet I had a 75% confidence I could finish the race.

Perhaps more than a year ago, where waking up at 4am and hit the road and back during lunch time to crank that stationery cycle to lose extra 0.2 – 0.3 kgs of weight… those days.. I will definitely cruise with joy.

Definitely not August 1st.

With a mere less than 5 hours of good sleep, woke up and shower and get freshen up. Hotel 18 is as secure as ever. Its 6.5km away from town. Its quite new and I checked in to a shared toilet room. I was there for a night rest. Singh was taking care of cars and another Indian guard was taking care of entrance security. You will somehow feel so safe. Even I left my bike in my car.

Met Alan and Khoo near one of the town hotel and zoom we went to Kinding Resort. Both flers must be still in zombie state leaving so early from KL. Arrived, pass them the bib number and goodies..timing chip. So we gathered around the area… and as usual waiting for 7am to come. For once the VIP is start with a man of few speech.. All the best… and off we go.

So we cranked.. and cranked… I don’t think lotsa ppl believe I could finish it. Especially some season riders and some organizer flers from KRI. Well, I was not as doubtful as they are fortunately.

After about 1km mark or perhaps less.. I can felt my rear wheelset rubbing against the tarmac. Oh Shit..I took a leak. I just got it changed at Hee Hong yesterday..Grrr… Got down of the bike

and start to skewed off the tube. Then 3 marshals came to assistant. I need the pump. So they are so kind to wait for me. Then start to pump…. Picah.. damn.. these day most spare tubes are just sinking sand.. gotta found out from Bike shop fler that tube cannot be kept for too long. So I asked for a new pair of tube from the marshal. Pumped it up. Looking at my Garmin already 20minutes pass..wtf!!

So off I went with a few kms tolak helping hand from the marshal lah and kayuh and tolak.. so do I consider cheating? :p

Well, not too long, when my energy is charge. I signaled the marshal to leave me as I can go on my own. Then …wow.. another two flers along the way took the leak.

So I was maintaining somewhere 30 – 33km to catch up with the rest. The weather is good and the long stretch of flat really set me in motion. Even the first 30km I was rather panting.. then slowly.. got into my burning fat Zone and I am more relax. Then saw budak2 kampung giving out their hands… remember one of the le tour langkawi ads last time where bunch of kids try to emulate LTDL and giving out plastic bag with straw water and touch the hand of the cyclist. I had that moment this time.. at least one stretch of 6 boys where I kena all their hand. They went hysterical. I forgot my glove that morning.. and damn it was painful.

Then I caught up with a uncle or he caught me up. I think he suffered a punctured. We were head and tail of each other. Then he did pass me and went ahead.. So not too long I saw Alan and I also saw the uncle in front. I think he is pushing a little bit too much when the past 10km head to tail.. so I just draft very close behind me and psycho.. at the bridge I already cannot tahan his slow speed. Crossing the junction I sped off..

So not too long, I am at the first water station. By that time, I could have dugged my bladder for 1 litres of water or more. So refueled and ready to go. There is this uncle.. keep looking and me and gv the hand up signal… some still linger around. So off I went with less than two minutes of rest.

My confidence is high and I want to finish the half as soon as possible. I was thinking to myself if I finish half fast, I could be more relax at the last 40km mark... it was such a majestic ride and beautiful scenery in Perak. I want to beat the weather as the weather is still cooling. So kayuh and kayuh… I think I a bit over use up at two hills.. exert myself too much. can feel the cramp kinda like setting in.. the second steep hill I saw Khoo.. saw him resting at the top of the hill. So exchange a line or two and I asked him to lets continue..

So finally make it to the second water station. That was about 10.07 or so. Took a bread and some drink and refuel my bladder and move on. The same uncle was there again to give the thumb up.

So I thought should I remain in such constant speed and given the last 20km taking it slow.. I should be at the finishing line by 1.30 – 1.45pm.. then hills are coming without mercy..True enough at 88.07km.. I suffered the cramp. At the same time there is this gentleman that is in front of me is having the same fate. I hand him the yoko yoko.. he said he applied at water station and decided to call it a day. Hmm.. the evil thought kicks in.. but I was way to strong to allow it. I knew from now on.. it will be a very tough and slow journey. I might have to push through lotsa hills after this… What the heck! I come for this and I will do it until the sweeper truck decided to take me away. So that is what I nego with myself. Apply the yoko2 until it is bloody hot. Now the sun begun to shine mercilessly. I began to be gardenia toast oredi. Damn the cramp.. Push my bike despite the cramp.. once straighten my leg.. ouch ouch.. and this bloody irritating cycling shoe.. so push until it was downtime and let it roll.. then the muscle began to relieve abit…. So shift gear and put my right legs to gain more pedaling power. Not too long.. yes… my night thigh start to cramp.. WTF… its double jeopardy. I thought of giving up come into play. But I know I cant because I still have the yoko yoko with me. You cant rule out just yet because the yoko yoko is here and it has its role to play in this priceless time. So if you quit now, you cant blame on yokoyoko because yokoyoko was there for u till the finishline. Damn you yokoyoko.. I had forgot my glove but not you.. damn you… most of the ride I left you at home.. but why did u come with me on this race.. damn you.. lets carry on the race..

This time I just directly apply on the cycling shorts with taking off the shorts. Was even too tired to do that already. Pedal pedal.. KNN..left leg cramp again.. gotta rest… more hills.. glide down the bike and let it roll as much as possible and pedal minimalist and clip off to push again. It was not a very nice sequence of co-ordination as the cramp is a new play for my neuron to subscribe.

More yokoyoko.. …. More ride.. suffer multiple cramp.. .. left to right left to right…until a stage it began to cramp at both leg.. wtf.. had to clip off and stand on the bicycle bar… somemore cannot stand straight.. damn kau suffering.. I did saw some riders having such stance.. ahaha.. same same lah.. there is a guy that I manage to share my yokoyoko with..

So I got so frustrated.. I just apply the yokoyoko like the shaolin rookie sweeping the floor in the morning. Up and down and everywhere.. .. I was so immune of the cramp…

Kayuh and kayuh..finally reach the 3rd water station. Clip off.. sponge myself.. damn good.. refill bladder..then sudden someone pat on my back.. wow! Alan ..damn he look so fresh.. oh..actually he took the bus and call it a day at 80km .. at least half century ride lah… I was lethargic try to layan as much as possible.. Ahahaha….

I knew I was way behind schedule.. now my focus is next water station.. with about approx. 45km to the finish line I heard. So off I pedal again.. under the scorching hot sun, it seems like forever.. The cramp sort of relieve a bit as after 3rd water station..the hill is not as steep but sign showing to kuala kangsar..2x km to go.. quite a nice scenery.. despite the agonizing pain. I still catch some breath and steal sometime to check the surrounding at time.. Yea.. lotsa dead mini snake, funny animals.. and near the rubbish dump got lotsa bangau.. and a bangau was flatten on the road…ahaha…damn funny.. I cant stop laughing u know. Beh tahan… stupid bangau…

It took forever to reach kuala kangsar… at first I thought my garmin eat lemon again.. damn it was me that is slow..

At this evil hot noon, my back is sore, my butts skin is swollen in between my asshole as well. The cramp keep come and go like choo-choo train.. have to keep that pace. That sun is super unforgiving… like the face of Freddie Krueger looking straight down.. then the neck is so damn sore.. the hand and finger is so numb.. U feel yourself evaporating and how great I am to wear a sleeveless bicycle jersey. nincompoop..

Soon.. not so soon actually…. I made it to the 4th station.. like entering the penalty box jor.. belum rembat aje… so the uncle saw me again and give the thumb… was mesmerizing something lah.. The gentleman pour water on me. That was the best shower ever.. I go sponge myself somemore. Apparently I heard there is a lenglui in this station but I miss it ler… too bloody focusing on my last 20 plus km.. took 3 – 4 bananas.. volunteers are very helpful and friendly. Thumb up to Ipoh ppl and Perak ppl for being so nice.. thank you so much!!

Then.. it was the longest day in that 20kms stretch…then reach town jor… then WTF…front tyre suffer a blow.!! After the traffic light, I decided to change tyre.. can ride 20 over km meh with this flat? U try to outsmart or undermine Isaac Newton ar.. So saw a Marshal again.. one Chinese man stop by after he pass thru the red traffic.. he seems not so easy to get down the bike.. oh.. he could have lost his right leg.. so I quickly went over to took the pump that is strap to his seat.. wanna take the hook off the lastic rubber strap also no energy jor.. :p

pUMp again.. this time took less than 10 minutes I think.. after I fix my bike.. saw khoo pushing his bike over the traffic light.. strange forget to ask him why lah he pushed his bike over..

So off we ride.. it was very torturing I tell u.. began to feel breathless also.. oh … not too far..saw a fruits stall.. saw some malay comrade sat down and have cincau and fruits.. I just took the choppy watermelon in the plastic and munch my way thru.. I think I saw this stall in the previous year ride in other ppl blog.. ahaha.. so another flyover.. wtf… cramp cramp again.. but gotta ride also..

The last 6 – 7 km or so ..saw the bukit kinding sign..fuh… then at the small town the turning left corner.. I almost collide with one of the KRI 4 wheel… fuck man.. he passed me by just now 200 metres ago.. dint he know I was coming.. almost fall into the drain.. really birdbrain the driver. Aahahaha..

Then it was last 5 kms. Oredi some ppl pack their bike and balik… at last pedal and pedal.. finally.. the last km is like eternity.. I thought I wanna go have my good lunch..accordingly to the century blog..they will provide good lunch lah..blah blah.. habuk pun tadak.. coming in late like that lor.. then Alan said u know Malaysian lah.. not riders..the family yee mah khoo cheh all also makan.. damn not even the coconut.. luckily still got H20 to drink…cendol also no more. WTF!!

Should I start a FB.. saya tak join ipoh century ride sebab cendol dah habis!!

At least lah some small token nasi lemak or what for latecomers..kesian lah kita orang..

So finally for the first time I wanna laugh and cried liddat.. damn siao.. then khoo with the fat cyclist jersey coming in.. that fler suffered a cramp not too long after my second puncture area.. no wonder so long lah..

Then that fler uttered if next time he said wanna join this race again.. make sure we slapped him wor…ahahaha…. Can use spanner to plyer or axe?

One good medal of sweat and burn that is worthy of collection. Will be remembered for a long time. I am happy with myself for pushing hard especially after multiple cramp still I go on.

Off we went to Kampar for Kam Ling Bread chicken.. I even have to use both my hand to assist my right leg out of the car!!

Well, it will be a quiet month of August … at least a good start for August.

Port Dickson International Triathlon 2010 - KASI PECAH!!!

Ini DIA!! My doggie-tag-alike finisher medal.. so much different from last year medal. The lanyard is yellow and Silkscreen in white.. which is good.. away from the dull conventional France flag tricolore. Oh.. and this year Brooks sponsor the PD tri shirts and so much better than last year rip curl cotton/polyester cheapo shirt.
Alan coming back from his 40km cycling lah. his first tri relay event.. her daughter must be very proud of her daddy. doesnt he look like Lance Armstrong fatty version?

This is my second PD tri doing relay. Last year I DNF at the swim. I had very bad flu and cough. Only could swim a little bit and the jet ski kena sapu me back lah.. I am famous!! Lotsa papparazi ready their camera and shoot the way. Great shutter counts!!

People asked me if I am not sick.Will I finish the swim.. hmm.. I do not know. Perhaps 70% I say I would. I am still good at swimming. I had clock more times swimming and cycling altogether I guess. Bukit Jalil is my second home. The lifeguard became my friend. I sent him home at time. Later he even want to borrow money from me because her wife gonna delivered soon. The problem is that time I am living from hand to mouth. That was like ...wow 10 years ago. I guess if I did consistently swim two months before the event last year and not sick.. I would finish it despite not swimming in open sea before. Yea... I am one lazy bastard!!

This year we have two team again. Only that just me and Khoo are from the old batch. Khoo is teaming up with her fitness class instructor Haida and Alan Cantador Velasco. Me, Elaine a.k.a F.F. ( not some Nazi SS Gestapo I assured u ) and her those day TAR college lecturer cum fren now Tang. Tang is a good swimmer and teach swimming.

It was rather surprise that this year Elaine took up running and can't believe she is doing PD tri with me. When I first saw her a few months back I thought she is joining the Elite group- fei mui soon. Now she had a personal mission in life.. to cut off and run passed all the fei mui , fei poh, fei sou and out of shape fat fat yee mah khoo cheh in every races. Oh yes.. she just made a new Public enemy No.1 in races to come. So gear up Miss C., be prepared to feel the pain. Paranoid mode engage. Alan Cantador I thought after married and with his chain-smoking yumseng lifestyle would never enter such event.. or even talking about taking up sports. But that change for him.. biggest surprise is he quit smoking altogether.. good la.. at least u up ur chance of seeing ur daughter married and play lego with grandchild is now more than 875%.. Perhaps Remi Gaillard will award you his second tour de france prank for u..

We arrived at PD. late noon and got ourselves a homestay for rm160.00.. near Malay and chinese cemetery. Hallelujah!! Can't sleep the whole night as also with the others. It is nervous or Jangan Pandang Belakang. I leave it for u to decide lah. Chan as usual gave a very good laugh at the briefing after the carbo-loading session. During the carbo-loading session, saw some pretty chicks in good dress. These are hardcore tri.. the portions of their food on the plate could feed leopard, tiger and elephant. You thinking getting a hardcore tri gf is cheap? Even if they eat mamak also.. your bill might come up to RM40.00 for the few drum sticks, thigh and sotong they swallow. Could start herd your own cow or pig farm at the backyard.

So i slept less than 2 hours and woke up lotsa time in between. my kepala got lotsa things going thru the head.. weird... cant make it stop.. let is flow.. even the sheeps that I am suppose to count is on waiting list for the next two flight. Damn!

So khoo woke up and I guess he didnt sleep well or dint sleep at all. Alan Cantador came out with his jersey ready. Wow.. he slept with it? but forgot to put the helmet on. very dangerous if he met a mad driver in his dream. can't even have time to toss the dice or the mini gasing.

Tang is a little bit concern and nervous seeing her face. But she look cool though. We went to Bangi kopitiam and had durian.. Oh.. no durian.. kopi.. eggs and roti. Tell u man.. really Bangi kopitiam taste like shit.. service also like shit!! Can conclude that... I was in Wangsa Maju Bangi kopitiam twice.. that is it!!

Last year still can see lotsa amateur bike lah.. these years more and more stylo bikes oredi.. My bike has nothing to shout about as compare to the other only that the rider choose to carried extra few gantang of guni flour around his waistline. That really caught the attention of this bike which is the rider!! Now the pure reason why Lance said it is not the bike.

I had races a numbers of run now and getting season to it. But bike race in relay team is my first time.

Therefore I was damn kau nervous. I showed Alan how nervous I was.. heart rate jump from 100 to 108...really gila.. havent start riding yet. So Haida came in and off Alan went. Tang came in strong. I told her before that .. when you come afterward, u just take out the band and I will bent down and take the timing chip from your feet. She asked in childlike way why.. Well, I guess now she understand lah..

I rode off and not knowing how the the first hill and the mini rolling hill gonna be like.. I guess pedal shit hard. worst race in my life so far. I know I will bonk very early. but I know today the courage of men could not fail. Just let the tunnel vision embrace you and inform ur legs this one over hours they have turn their back against Christ and embrace a new God. Yes.. the name is Pedal Hard.. Pedal Hard is your new Messiah!! And the conviction did set in.. But the lungs is working overtime to convince my heart this new religion will be the new saviour.. not until 32km only the heart begin to believe in this new religion. by that time.. the legs begin to loose a bit of it faith in this religion.. but still they question they sanity of it before they could totally abandon this faith.

At km 4, one angmoh was passing me and asked those he pass to draft behind him. That straight road I did draft behind him for like 2km and notice a lady begin to draft behind me too.. damn.. that was good!! I really can feel the lessen wind drag..then until the traffic light.. kapoot!!! have to break away and feel the bloody wind again.. oh.. how I missed that draft.. if only I trained harder and understand that running and cycling training is not the same. Uphill.. tengok jalan and road... breath like leopard chasing..downhill lay low to cut the wind..

So saw one fler pancit and asked want tube or not.. that fler tadak skewer.. so just threw mine one to him.. later found out he is Frank lah.. saw few riders pancit along the way and one sweet gal also pancit making phone call. Saw 5 bikes went up the pickup. So at the water station, those volunteers are very good!! 4 of them was in ready mode to pass me the water.. splash.. two of the water dint make it to my hand and i felt some ice chill cold water showering me. That is the best I can get lah. Mixing 50/50 water 100 plus does not quite work today. It just taste too sweet.. but that is the only hydration stuff I can dispose. hahaha.. i did that for Alan too. I was thinking he would taste the sweetness sweet battling at his throat... ahaha.. we did exchange note after that on this. So when I saw the traffic light the last 4km is quite near.. I just give my last 8% of gas I have lah.. zoom zoom zoom.. and feel so good to see the green mat.. and dismount here sign.. I cant even walked and pissed straight. Bang my bike at the signage.. like a drunkard master walking towards Elaine. No energy to take out the timing chip and band. She had to do it herself..ahaha.. The feet feel like rock.. Wow.. cycling and running training is two different things. Lesson learn from PD tri!! ;P

So off Elaine went lah..I bet that gal gonna speedy one..

Then hor Alan Cantador was back 4 minutes after that. I was rather surprised!! I sayur that fler at km 31.3.. At that rate, I was kira-kira he will be back 8 - 12 minutes after me. I think he got psycho seeing he cutting him despite his early cramp. But good to see him giving all out for the race!!

So Khoo off he went for the running.

As we were waiting, Tang already asked me about the next event. Guess she like it lah. I had never put a single thought about Desaru Tri before.. Now we are going! It is quite fun to do team relay tri.. the ambience is wonderful!!

Then hor I told them that Elaine will sprint to the finishline.. ahaha.. surely she did.. but I didn't tell her the uneven carpet on the grass padang lah.. let her experience it lah..

She did her PB and two thumbs up to her on her effort!!

sHOrtly Khoo also came back and I guess his PB too. Guess his training does help him alot.

Damn proud of all my friends who gave all out for this team relay!!!!!

Alan also very geng, bringing her wife and 4 months old cute daughter along too. Good memory I would say.

So we went for lunch at the same makan makan place last year.. walap kaw kaw and the bill was damn cheap lah!!

A really fun event and I hope to do it again year!!

Centro Klang Run 2010

oNly sleep for like less than 20 minutes in total. It gotta be the wine or other things...I dont know ler... so drove all the way to Klang. Before that,stop at Petaling Street for porridge.. quite a recipe for disaster as later can felt the blurrp coming out during the run.

It was like 85% of teenager and barely age touches 2o I think. Feel so damn uncle in this race man. At the starting line, there were some uncles so damn paranoid with the limited 400 medals in men category and started to check what the last furthest number might be. So I think he sure see that A539 is out of the way.. one down lah..ahaha..

Saw Dannie as usual glue to the gf .. ahahaha.. remind me of the song by The offspring.. gotta keep em separated. Unseparable that is..

So never thought it was a two loops run for 12km la...

Was running damn damn slow.. the second loop.. saw the uncle who also ran in Bidor.. he was about my size but not as fat. I think he want to take me out this time. Many people employed run and walk strategy. I just practise my keep on running style even the pace gone slow.. so at km 8 .. I kEEP him separated for good. I wasnt tired but I was sleepy.. so damn sleepy that I can close my eyes and run....zzzzz.... but my mild cough and flu still does not permit such indulgence..

By 10km.. I saw Dannie running backward.. looking for gf gua.. he encouraged me a little more to go..

So off to finish line I go.. hell ya.. still got finisher medal for me :p..

The race was pretty well organize and I must really thanks Seah again for inviting me to this run.

The people in Klang here has done a wonderful and spectacular job!! The Police and Rela was in control of the traffic. The crews and water station volunteers all put up a very good job. My two thumbs up to you guys!!

Oh..you even have the ambulance circling.. perhaps taking the precaution from what happen at the recent KL marathon incident.

The goodies.. OMG... lotsa stuff in it.. can snack from few days during tea time..

I didnt loiter behind after taking the goodies.. just drink the revive and off I went..

Along the way.. gave Lambelina a call and yea... foot reflex and massage at 50% off for morning session.. Then I can really sleep.

Standard Chartered KL marathon - 21km



ni I shoot guna hp...off focus pulak.. memang hp I tadak focus punya

The last time I ran was MPPJ-NST la... and another 3km run after that.

So I am going to pay very much for this race... been carbo-loading ..yea everyday also carbo-loading.. superload some more.. die lah..

But have to finish this run as the crowd will be awesome I guess.

Pick up Yoke Teng at her place and we went for porridge to fill up ler.. it was raining cat and dog at 5am..

I wonder how those full marathoner going to be blessed by the rain.

Anyway, our half marathon start 6.15am.. saw Dinesh with his new 2XU.. damn cool ... like those sexy model... he always conscious about his leg bulu.. now can get full coverage lah.. no more shy shy..

Cant find Khoo at the starting line. expect him to be speedy gonzales.. coz the way he take care of his food intake should give him the cutting edge.

6.15am the flag off.. still blurr blurr.. before that I had a dream after I woke up at 2.30 this morning.. Dreaming that I went makan McD or KFC with Alan and was late for this run lah. so weird.

aNYway, as usual the engine need to kick start... not until at Syed Putra only lah my engine start. I was doing quite ok at timing.. but sure know gonna suffer later as lack of training..

I love this race coz u get to run on road that usually is filled with traffic and now u can have it all yours.. the federal highway.. Jalan Loke Yew to Cheras and Jalan Tun Razak too.. its all urs ..

and I am evil..seeing those ppl cursing on sUnday morning stuck in their cars.. ahaha.. late for ur date dont u... ahaha..

so the weather is fine. heard this is the best weather among so many kl marathon.

It all went well.. the water station was sufficient.. took so many drinks..

and the best is lotsa motivation.. and eyes candy as Khoo said.. cute ass..

yea.. it is really cute.. feel like cubiting them.. :p

So ran and ran.. until the Weld there.. the right tummy muscle begin to show sign of wanna cramp...

truly indeed at KLCC just after beach club.. horrible cramp on the stomach...damn ..
so have to walk and run.. walked 200 m and run.. still tak boleh...

grr..so walk 500 - 600m.. run a bit.. then was doing that until before Maju Junction lah.. then slowly run at 8:00 pace.. yea.. that was the pace I ran few months ago at KLCC.. ahaha..

now as I reached Pertama Complex.. I picked up the pace. not too long saw Hong who trained damn hard for Sunday..

He was on 4:00 pacer balloon.. damn geng..

we chat for awhile.. he actually got 10th placing for Sunday.. damn!! it paid off..

So my engine begin the boost as my pain subside..

2:42 that's it... 7 mins slower than Setia.. What the heck..

anyway, glad to join this big event so far..

And yoke teng was way ahead of us..

speaking of that, tot khoo was ahead .. then someone punch me on my shoulder.. niamah... how come that fler was behind all this while..

but he was doing fine at Maju Junction area..

Good race to the end..

then that yoke teng fler cramped and was sent to medic camp...

the medic ppl wrapped her in ice.. her leg is as big as elephant.. dah lah kaki dia besar... ini jadi humongous..

after awhile it became better lah.

The medal.. damn ...Standard Chart all out publicity lah..

and to those FMV who cross the line.. I respect and salute u all!!

Me, Khoo and Yoke Teng had lunch at Santini before proceed to massage at Fabtop lah.

What a day!!

And now I am at McD punching away the keyboard with my muscles and bones crying out loud ...REST..

well.. I only watched 2 games of world cup so far. aint gonna miss Argentina..

The German superb counter attack worth to be praise leaving England tossing their own balls in EPL.

My report seems to be kelam kabut.. coz I am quite tired.. yeT... i WAnna see Messi played.. wanna see fat cat maradona and his attitude.. and more referee screw up..

that is part of the game.. the colourful side of it.

Speaking of that.. hmmm.. now really gotta no play play to train for PBIM, PD tri and century ride..

Ride to Kuala Selangor via Flora Damansara

* at the market in Pasir Penambang. Carbo-loading. This claim by the seller as Teluk Intan Chee Cheong fun. We bought the char siew and also dunno what oredi. ok lar...
mr. Lim indulging away in his duck and char siew rice. The next shop is Bah Kut Teh.. Thinking about the bloody sun and 60km back... we forego the idea.
at the jetty at 7am.

We left 4.30 am fron flora damansara and choosing mostly flat as out training ground before the ipoh century ride in a month time. khoo said it was mostly flat so we bought his word.. u better be right man..!! ahaha..

I only slept less than two hours before that. Prior to that, Yoke Teng called to ask for direction at 1am plus.. so there goes my sleep.

quite lucky that i brought along the energizer race head light. there is few stretch which is total darkness along the way. that part we could only ride somewhere 15km/h ania... in case we fell into longkang or what. then as we reach Ijok, it was damn straight road all the way. It could be quite mental torture.. are we there yet? then finally after a long long ride we reach at the junction of asam jawa.. where we have to take the right turn to proceed to town and then to Pasir Penambang as our final destination.. where it is just after the bridge and the famous seafood village by the river is located lah.

I realize that wind is a big big obstacle when you are about to crank up from 25 kmh above.. the wissing sound of wind.. and really out a drag when the opposite large vehicle pass by.

I was trying to push 30 % of time to 2:00 per km pace... mr. lim was making such a wonderful progress. we really need the mileage to break the mental barrier. and just less than 5 weeks ahead only ania. Prior to that is the PD tri which I will be cycling.

We didnt stay long after the breakfast.. 8.30 we left after breakfast. Imagine how afraid we are of the sun. :P

Going back is a little jialat as we kinda deplete a bit our energy and the traffic is picking up as well. The dust and smoke.. woohoo.. Yet the agony to ride back fast put all of this behind.

So ride and ride and stop at sg buloh to rest at a malay stall. no tin water or 100 plus.. so only teh o ais limau.. damn...bloody sweet.. order a second cup kurang manis also manis sial..

So by 11.20 reached Alan's resident and the last hill slope really torturous. yet happy that we made it!!

Off to Kepong for massage after that.. due to the intensity of the ride. we both find later that our hand shaking due to the vibration from the ride. cin jialat..

Next maybe Sekinchan? :p

NST-MPPJ run

Have not been running since setia eco run. Whole week was damn busy with exhibition and even miss the first half of world cup opening due to unloading stuff back to the office after the exhibition.

Was really bang up jor. With only less than few hours of sleep have to get up and cycle with Khoo and Alan at Putrajaya. Ee did came and he was on top form today on MTB.. blazing fast with joy of madness on his face as he zzoom past us at the last "checking" point. I was trying to get myself together... damn tired man!! Khoo oredi beep beep and cant be seen from far. I really need RPM class...correction.. RPM class with eyes candy and dont-care-boob-job-or-not coach.

It was quite a fun ride...at least to get back the ass into the saddle after some stagnancy.

So after collecting my GPS from Chae already very late. Just slept few hours and the alarm beep.. someone doesnt gv me morning call.. so tried to call yoKE tEng numerous times but didn't pick up. Hmm.. could have been sneaking out with the 6 foot tall singh lengchai again yesterday nite?

So I have come to stage where to go or not is not a question anymore. The body oredi succumb to the spirit though it is weak.. As General Patton said the body is always tired.. it is always tired in the morning noon and nite.

Reach Taipan and go get myself a McD breakfast. It wasnt a wise choice to carbo-load with these shit. At least now I know Ribena with gardenia so call sardine bread does work for me. Though not a wise choice but the latter is still more preferred.

Met Khoo at the stadium.. suppose to pirate the run but khoo wanna gv us the extra bibs for family run which his family suppose to run.. but he gv me his belakang number lah.. so that later marshall tak kacau all that.

It doesnt kick off until 7:30 lah.. the sun already cook up all the vampire if there are some drunk hangover one left from previous night.

So running for first two kms.. my heart beat linger between 131 bpm ania..and my legs dont wanna move.. its kinda like cemented into the oil drum. jIALAt... the payday is here..

Then first water station already no more water.. Some asshole drink not even a few sips and throw on the floor. Like Gollum, I could only cried PRECIOUSSSSSSS~!!!!!!!!!! KNNCCBHKC!!
yEa,.this is the hokkien & cantonese version of Gollum.. with the extra tut tut tut...

bUT the second water station manage to get a bottle of precious and hang on to it till the last 2kms.. well, running on this tarmac in PJU is nothing to shout about.. first already familiar with this place and damn sien like doing a nokia "snake" game loop.. and the fun is not merciful at all. It played Freedie Krueger. So I kept running till 8.3km before I finally bonked and walk.

There were this gal that use me as her pacing. She will ran at a fast pace infront of me for couple of metres and waiting for me to catch up and before she will eventually ran past me again.. ahaha..

And also one malay youngster show me the ngan yin hand sign. FYI, saudara, I defy gravity.. I set the belief and its transcend through the magnetic field on earth. but it always backfired all the time.

Walk for awhile and continue to walk and run for a short distance..and I saw the malay chap that was pacing up was about 150 metres behind me at the intersection.

So the last 300 metres that would enter the stadium as well. I walked..damn lame.. then until 150 left.. the malay chap run past me and I thought ....wow.. lets have fun since the boring sun is not merciful. I crank up my speed and run past him.. and he pace up.. due that fler tak boleh jor.. so with 50 metres left.. i wait for him to run together lah.. At least there is some fun to this run.

Well.. a race that is not intend for me to participate until yesterday morning after some persuasion from Khoo.

got a cert to my collection..speaking of that.. where are the other cert.. :p

Now I really need to pay attention to draft serious training for : -

1. KL marathon 1/2.. yea.. with two weeks to go.. but 14 days does show some significant different if implemented well.
2. PD tri - well, its a team effort.. before i kena taruk for not training
3. iPoh century ride - really concern about this.. regular once a week ride wont cut it..
4. PBIM- let the mileage really roll out.

so first thing first.. sleep early.. zzzz

Genting Sempah ride

Been ages since I rode Genting Sempah.. as part of the training for century ride.. and also help Alam to kickstart his engine.

We do not know where to ride actually.. then I suggest Genting Sempah as the canopy ride and fresh air in the morning and also the hill makes u feel u are riding the bike..

So I changed my mind instead of Duke Highway, we ok genting sempah..

hiS maiden OAS-Genting Sempah. Our friend tapau McD breakfast set for me and himself as part of the carbo loading. He said the tri- magazine tipsy ler..

I am not a coffee person.. but since that fler bought.. and wanna see does it effect my ride..

So off we rode. Make 2 stops to help Alan ease up a bit. But for a first timer and long time dint exercise fler, he did quite well actually..

So after a long ride, we reached the workshop..

Damn.. I really love the speeding down this road..

Damn cun!!!

So Khoo suggested next Saturday for Genting Sempah..

Setia Eco half Marathon - mY VIRgin half marathon

I thought it was a limited medal thingy.. kinda nice to add into my medals collection. Target is to achieve 100 medals. :p
This is my bib number. Belum pergi beli lagi...

sLept late prior to the race and was still in a zombie stage that I will be running the 1/2 marathon. Well, woke up at 4:15 am.. only a few short hours of sleep.. yea.. big mistake...

So dress up and went to shell to get ribena and two breads for carbo-loading. It kept me awake for awhile and Mr. Dinesh sent an sms saying it was raining on the other side..

does not mean I dont have to run?

hehehe...

So drove slowly over there and I was quite early reaching 5:10 at the toll gate. wENt to toilet and wait for Dinesh...

Then ding dong 2, we were at the car pack oredi. Wow.. this NB running vest not bad ar. Got it from Dinesh which I suppose to get it yesterday but kerja banyak sibuk man..

So walk and see look see look.. mana tau.. its oredi 6.30 jor.. and less than a minute ..the run is on..

Man.. it was still like a delusion like that.. I am actually running 21km leh..

with not enough rest.. my heart hover around 91.. damn..

So I kept myself at 150 to not build L.A. so much.. and to prevent cramp.. but the only concern is that .. will I be in the pace of 8:00 - 8:30 for that pace.. then suprisingly, maybe with the crowd thingy gua, I managed maintain less than 8:00 pace.. It was really surprising.. We shall see from KM 5 - 6 onwards.. but as I ran.. got a bit excited, then push towards 155 -158.. So slow down a bit lah.. but the pace is still executed at 7:20. Wow.. this is interesting..

So saw some few familiar faces and lotsa ppl potong me along the way.. saw some faces which blog I peep..yea..finally I see you... not to create any composure, so dint break the ice.

Then the dark cloud cometh.. then it began to rain.. yea.. I love the rain.. despite it make the shoes heavy.. I dont bother.. coz my legs are heavy enough..so a little extra weight-on doesnt make any different. For the first time, I race in the rain.. damn happy. Really rejuvenating. So at the u-turn saw Khoo was waiting for me.. I down a GU gel 100 metres before that so that I could get the drink to dilute it. It say 8.61 km.. So I am still alrite.. 151 at 7:30 pace. What do u know.. I know I could finish less than 3 hours with not much difficulty from this point.. only the question is at which km I will bonk I ania..

So the detour is climbing uphill a bit and brought my heart rate to 160 at time. So I slow it down and hover between 155 - 158.. still I could maintain less than 8 minutes pace.

Then there is a little bit of downhill... apa lagi.. I take advantage of it and glide faster to shave few seconds off. So not too far away, it was at KM 13 that I begin to feel that my body is heating up and the last tank of carbs to be burn is happening. Well, at least the road was still ok lah..

Gurp down 3 cups of iso drink at the station before I proceed.

Reaching Km15, I watch my heart rate.. 155.. yea. .I know I will do well so long as I mental myself.. and the watch still pace at 7:15 - 7:30.. hmm.. abort the original plan of slowing down. I am gonna keep this pace as long as I can... am already smiling inside ...

So I just press the cruise button on my legs and keep it that way until if it began to fatigue.

At km17, I began to potong more ppl that began to take the walk already. To keep myself sane, I just tell myself, ok.. this one infront, lets potong...after the next... yes, 30 metres ahead, kasi potong.. I am not being paranoid.. but I just want to forget the mileage left.

Damn cinya jialat.. as say in the map the last 6km really no water.. mean no water lah.. Setia wanna tell us that they mean business with their black and white I guess.

So at km 18.3, the body begin feel it coming. Yet, I didnt wanna slow down, I just zap with 158 - 160.. then 163... then opps.. gotta slow down.. U got 2.7 km to go man..take it easy. then at km 19.4 already the glass house jor.. damn so near yet so far.. Have to go to the front bridge and make u-turn.. I just let the pain sits in as I negotiate with my head.. yo.. 1.7km more to go..

then saw a fler wearing gel 3000.. evil grin in me man..that was real evil man..

So less than 800metres to go at the bridge..

Yes, less than a km.. so as I turn left and saw the finish line. I widen my gap and run fast to cut three ppl.. not that I want to cut them.. But I want to be hysterical to run a little faster towards the finish line.. realize later from Garmin that 100 metres run scale my heart rate to 172..ahaha..

So glad and satisfy that I finish my first half marathon.

Garmin says 2:34:40 secs at 20.94 km..

hmm.. not too bad lah.. ahahha..

then the best part of the joke is that Dinesh went and wait for me at the finish line from 2:45 onwards.. I was searching for him also.. thinking he could be hiding in shade to protect his lovely fair skin.

It was a long wait.. where the hell is that fler.. his car is still there ler..

Then later only saw him. he was waiting for me since 2:45 ahahha.. and one fler said to him he saw me at km15 and bonking jor.. ahaha..

so he waited until 3:30.. ahhhaha... like waiting for Proton to fix its power window.

Well, took a quick lunch with the rest of the cohort runners before we departed.

And khoo also did his maiden 21km run, that fler a bit dissappointed ler as he wanted to clock 2:30 one.... but dont worry SCKLM is not too far away!!

now.. need to increase the mileage weekly to prepare for PBIM.

oh.. the bROOks Gycelin does help a lot!!

quite delighted that I did it.. this is what we came here for!!

How do I plan to run Setia Eco this Saturday

The goal is to finish within 3 hours.
is
So thinking of 7:45 minutes pace for first 10km.

Then 8:00 minutes for the next 10km pace.

then I got left 15 minutes for me to walk to the finish line..

hopefully my garmin will got get cranky this Saturday.

I have lotsa watches already..dont need an extra one.. :p

Long time never ride roadbike

Mr Lim just bought his RB after soooo long..

Took a ride from my house towards Mimaland..
After a 20km run yesterday... riding on the RB was a bit "challenging".

Nevertheless riding bike has always been my passion lah..

More to come as training for PD Tri, Century ride and Powerman.

Just love the speed...

New Balance Pacesetter 15km run

just snapped this awhile ago.. will they have stylo grow in the dark bib number someday?
hthis is FUCkfACE A.K.A. lalamui.. my cohorts running kaki. lala has been so passionate about running recently and gettting all spice up about it. She had signed up for KL marathon as well. If you saw something which makes you think of the word FUCkfACE... make no mistake.. it is the KL marathon lah. Congrats to her despite only few 5 loops training at KLCC..she still did 2 hours a little bit more in nail her virgin run races in complete style... Lala also featured herself before in local paper for handling some mock cheque to dont know what oredi.. celebrity aka newspaper!!

Car radiator fan kong and worried about it getting bang up at the New Balance run. So I asked lala to come and fetch me lah. So she picked me up at 5.30.. I was still suffer from lack of sleep due to the meeting up with buddies over dinner.. did a "fine dine" at 茶王kuchai lama.. and after that proceed to pappa rich for dessert.. so sampai rumah also 1 oredi.. before that sending "nothing wrong with my name" home.

So a little bit hangover lah and the heart beat was pumping slightly faster.

We had McD for breakfast. Then later only find out the cheesy stuff really interfere with the run.

Arrived and met Khoo and we talk cock like no tomorrow. Khoo seems to be energetic about this run. Then saw Richard Liau and their running friends too. Richard is my boss business circle buddies and he told me he first run was NB 15km last year. woW!!

So 10 mins before the race.. I start my Garmin.. no..it dint pick up the satellite.. wonder where are all the birds gone to? It didnt get signal until 4 km and eventually lost some signal as well. WTF!!

But it was alrite.. coz we had scout the route last week to psycho ourselves lah..

It was like a dreaded diseases ler.. breath heavily then usual.. and bank negara leading up the trail can see some flers slow down to walk..

not tOO long after the first water station. give me all the reason to walk a bit lah.. Then start to run again down hill and leading up to Jalan Tunku sudah wanan bonk bonk.. price to pay for not resting early.. but i walked fast lah.. but I was glad that from then on.. running was between 7:30 on flat and downhill.

Target was to do sub 2 hours ler. Then came to the first split.. that bloody hill.. apa lagi.. walkathon lah.. as the descend cometh.. I nos a bit lah until the second hill up.. so after crossing the bridge which we ran opposite direction during January run.. I know I could ease a little bit running down soon.. Then saw a malay chap was pushing and walking and ranting. So I encourage him to push on.. then he said.. : " ar...dah agak dah..." ahahah. wonder what is going thru his mind.

Then to the final water station. now really tak boleh dah.. the damn bloody hot sun was blazing hot man!! wanna burn us up in hell like that.. that kind of torment when you are a slow runner lah.. so walked up to the top and give one final blow to run and not walk anymore..

Then reached the small up ascend at parlimen. All cried up to tell me .. walk boon walk.. but I know I could not clock sub 2 if I walk..

Thanks to garmin that keep me mindful of the time.

Then sprint a little bit to the finish line.. when I see 1 : 57 .... but unofficial result said i am 15 seconds more to reach 2 hours. but that is ok.. my initial target was 2:10 lah.. ahaha

Was really amaze lala finished in style and she was still good after that. Way to go!!

She tot maybe cannot get finisher medal because sudah over qualifying time lah..ahaha.. but i think she was glad lah the goodies back got the finisher medal.

Then we had some snack and drink before heading back..

Though it was a painful race but it does satisfy as I pull it thru..

Finally I get to run this week

Suppose to get up and run KLCC this morning.. but my two men in the office .. ONE ON EL..ONE on MC.. ahaha...

So gotta rev-up the time to keep up with work..so postpone to evening run lah..

Then after kautim customer machine already 8.30 jor.. Wanna faster start engine from the car park and go klcc and run...

then engine wouldnt start...WTF...

have to ask customer to help jump start my car lah...

So drove all the way home and lucky there is one shop that about to close... kena kau kau 250 for the waterless battery..what to do.. no time to look around... kena squeeze ball kaw kaw lah..

So gone back home and did some emailing... then baru start to run...

did a 8km 1:04 minutes. trying to pace myself as slow as possible so that I could measure and sustain myself for 15KM next week. Target is to finish within 2 hours..
